I had really good meals at Absinthe. Perhaps the heightened expectations resulted in an underwhelming lunch.

I was pretty excited to check out Absinthe ever since they shifted to Boat Quay. Sadly, other than little surprise they did for the birthday celebration. Nothing else was memorable in any way. Depressing.
